COVID-19 safety measures

to ensure a pleasant and safe visit for everyone

Read the frequently asked questions about our tickets here.

The Museum Association has produced a detailed protocol for museums, based on the measures announced by the Netherlands National Institute for Public Health and the Environment (RIVM) and the government.

  • Everyone must be in possession of a ticket with a time slot. Please order your ticket online in advance. It is also possible to buy a ticket at the box office, but if you want to be assured of a ticket, we advise you to book online.

  • You do not need a coronavirus entry pass (CoronaCheck) for a museum visit, but you do need one for the museum café (with the exception of the terrace).

  • Do you have health complaints related to COVID-19 on the day of your visit? Please stay at home.

  • If you wish to use the audio tour: you can listen to it on your mobile phone by scanning the QR code on the front, or use one of the museum’s audioplayers.

  • In the museum shop we only accept payments by card.

  • Please keep to the hygiene rules: cough and sneeze into your elbow and wash your hands regularly. We have provided hand sanitiser at diverse locations around the museum. 1,5 meters remains a safe distance.

We very much hope that you will enjoy your visit to our museum!
