Information for museum visits

Luggage - Audio guide - House rules

Luggage

The museum rooms contain delicate items, bags larger than A4 size and rucksacks are not admitted. You can leave them in lockers next to the main entrance. You will need a €1 or €2 coin to operate the locker, but the coin is refunded when you reopen the locker. Umbrellas may be left in designated racks (unattended).

We would ask school groups to kindly deposit all bags and coats in the designated lockers.

Audio guide

Would you like to know more about the museum's beautiful buildings and its unique collections? Listen to our audio guide, which is full of interesting stories. It is available in Dutch, English and French. Free of charge from the museum's ticket desk.
