Visitors with a Disability

The museum is accessible to visitors with a disability. It has a limited number of wheelchairs and rolling walkers, which may be reserved in advance. Visitors who are confined to a wheelchair can ring the bell at the entrance of Teylers Shop, Spaarne 18, to the left of the main entrance. Mobility scooters are not allowed in the building for safety reasons. Any visitor who is unable to move around the museum independently may bring one companion for assistance, free of charge. The car park De Appelaar, close to the museum, has designated disabled parking spaces.

Are you in a wheelchair and would you like to visit the museum? Due to the coronavirus and new rules in the museum we would like to ask you to if you plan on visiting us. We've slightly changed the routing in our museum and we would like to assist you where needed.
