Important information about admission to Leonardo da Vinci
All visitors (including those who do not need to pay a supplement) must purchase a time slot ticket. Without it, they will not be granted admission to the exhibition.
Please note a ticket is valid for the whole museum including the Leonardo da Vinci exhibition. It is not possible to exclude the exhibition from your visit. The time slot you choose is the time you are expected to enter the museum at our main entrance. Once you are inside the museum you can stay until closing time.

Exhibition admission charge
On account of the exhibition’s unique character and the many international loans included in it, a supplement of €8 per person will be charged. In consequence, the following admission charges (including the supplement) will apply in the period from 5 October 2018 to 6 January 2019:

Admission charge combiticket with Frans Hals Museum
Combiticket Teylers & Hals €37.00 euro
From 13 October 2018 to 10 February 2019, the Frans Hals Museum will be presenting the exhibition Frans Hals and the Moderns. As part of the Haarlem Cultural City programme, the museums are offering a combiticket at a discount. Visit two unique exhibitions and pay €37.00 instead of €44.50. Museumkaart holders pay only €10 instead of €16.

Introductory talks / guided tours
During Leonardo da Vinci there will not be any guided tours of the exhibition. Instead, there will be introductory talks (30 minutes, max. 30 people). Groups can reserve an introductory talk with a speaker from Teylers Museum. For more information, please send an enquiry to info@teylersmuseum.nl
School visits
Special programmes have been developed for classes from primary schools (age 9 to 12) and secondary schools. School classes are welcome to visit the exhibition on Tuesday to Friday mornings between the hours of 9.30 and 12 noon (use the entrance at Nauwe Appelaarssteeg 3)
Length: 90 minutes
Charges: €150 for 30 pupils and €80 for 15 pupils. This includes the exhibition admission charge for pupils and those accompanying them.
Max. group size: 30 pupils. NB There must be at least one adult supervisor for every 15 pupils.

Accessibility and parking
Teylers Museum is easily accessible on foot from Central Station in Haarlem (c. 10 minutes). Reaching the museum by bus is a little complicated. Plan your personal route on https://9292.nl/en of www.ns.nl
- There is a car park next to the museum: De Appelaar, Damstraat 12, Haarlem.
- In between Teylers Museum and Frans Hals Museum is another car park: Parkeergarage De Kamp.
- A third car park is Garage Raaks. This is 10 minutes’ walk from the museum.
